Office Assistant in an accelerating software and consulting business

Do you thrive in keeping order, welcoming guests, and helping your colleagues with diverse practical tasks? Are you accommodating and do you have a proactive approach to your own tasks? Then you might be our new Office Assistant.

What to expect?

As our Office Assistant, you will have the responsibility of keeping the office clean and welcoming. You will be the go-to person for practical tasks and you will be helping your colleagues where there is a need. 

Your daily tasks include, but is not limited to:

  • Setting up for lunch 
  • Welcoming guests 
  • Preparation of meetings 
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming office 
  • Grocery shopping 
  • Delivering and picking up dry cleaning 
  • Assisting with research and events 

The position is calculated to 15-20 hours a week. There will be two people managing the job, so you will be splitting the days of the week. It is a requirement that you are able to physically be present at the office from 8AM to 2PM on the days you are here. There will be a need for flexibility of longer working hours when we host events. 

What we are looking for

We imagine that you have finished high school and are looking for a job in your gap year, or are looking for a student position during your studies. You are familiar with a service position, and you have experience from working in a team – however, this is not a requirement. Most importantly, you are service-minded, you have lots of energy, and you take responsibility for your own tasks. You have a good proficiency in English since we are an international team.

Your primary responsibility will be of practical nature, but you will also get the opportunity to solve tasks for different departments, e.g. helping Sales with research or assisting Marketing with events.
