We are looking for a motivated and talented full-time or part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing team. Your primary responsibility is to help find leads and turn them into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales. This position requires researching, calling, and consultative selling skills. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and the Head of Sales of your designated Sales Pod to generate new opportunities.
We want you to grow within our organization and develop into a Sales or Customer Success position where you drive the sales process from start to end: from the first outreach to participating in sales meetings and ultimately closing the deal. We expect you to have a lot of responsibility and to be proactive. If you thrive with a flexible workday, lots of possibilities and high expectations, ARPEDIO is the place for you.
As an SDR at ARPEDIO, you will work closely with the team to market and sell our solutions. It’s important that you are curious and have a natural interest in business development, sales and marketing. We imagine that you have a background in business/sales, but we are ready to be surprised. Most importantly: You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are ready to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.
When you start at ARPEDIO, you will get a thorough introduction to our sales process and our marketing approach. We want you to have a strong desire to learn, and we encourage you to challenge us with your knowledge and new ideas. We are looking for both full-time and part-time SDRs (40 hours/week or 20 hours/week). If you are still studying, the part-time SDR role would suit best so you can join the team as a student assistant.
