The Sales Management Association (SMA) will conduct a special symposium on corporate sales force effectiveness (SFE) at the 2022 Sales Force Productivity Conference, held June 7-8 at the University of Houston.
SMA’s Sales Force Productivity Conference is the premiere education and networking event for thought leaders and senior practitioners in sales leadership, sales effectiveness, sales enablement, and commercial excellence. Senior-level practitioners and thought leaders gather there to learn the latest best practices and trends. The conference features keynotes, workshops, and panels for attendees.
The special symposium on corporate SFE initiatives inaugurates a set of tools and programs from SMA aimed at helping members advance and codify standards of excellence in their corporate SFE programs. These include a new advisory board introduced during the symposium, research based performance benchmarks, case studies, operating standards, a certification path, and a future research agenda.
