What does it mean to be an ‘Arpedian’?

I have been with ARPEDIO since we were only 5 people, sitting close together in a small room. What ARPEDIO is to me is maintaining that sense of family, and fun, of a small group as we quickly grow into a large team and a large office.

What do you do for ARPEDIO?

I am part of the consulting team. I am a certified Salesforce Pardot consultant and Salesforce administrator so I work with clients to design, build, and optimize their CRM and Marketing automation.

What are you working on right now?

Right now I’m running with a few different projects. One involves setting up Salesforce from start-to-finish for a medium-sized company and tailoring it to their existing business processes. Another is a much larger project involving designing a complete data governance and management model between Pardot and Salesforce to deliver a 360-degree customer overview for sales people.

What did you do before ARPEDIO?

Well I have been with ARPEDIO since I was a student, so before ARPEDIO I was studying Economics and working as a barista alongside that.

Tell us something that most of your colleagues don’t know about you

I’m very open with my colleagues, if there’s something I haven’t shared with them, I’m definitely not going to share it here!
